ELTON V
ELTON JOHN TRIBUTE
Ian Haywood brings Elton John out of retirement with his amazing tribute to the great pop icon.
Ian has been a fan of Elton since knee high and has been tributing the great man ever since the late noughties when he first started touring with the Rocket Band.
‘I’ve followed Elton since the 1970s and seen him in concert twice. Once at Caesars Palace, Vegas and also at Powderham castle in Devon where he played over 2 and a half hours solo. I hope my tribute in whatever way helps keep his great music alive!’
Ian’s musical career has included working in TV, playing in a 12 piece soul band and performing as a classical concert pianist. He has worked in tribute bands including the UK Bee Gees and more recently been a member of chart scoring band Peace On Your Plate. Currently he is touring festivals and events as reggae artist BFriendly.

‘Elton V sparkled with our audience. Approachable, professional - and very nattily dressed! - the crowd loved him. He brought everyone together and left them cheering for more. A true entertainer - and a heck of a nice fella’

I have seen Elton V by Ian before and was impressed. This time he played for me and while not only doing a great show he was also a pleasure to work with and I (Black Frog Presents) would recommend him to anyone. He also joined the UK Bee Gees as Robin Gibb and again was fantastic and a total professional.

'Ian Haywood as Elton John - What a treat! Genuine and as true to the original songs as possible, lots of well known and some older ones, something for all the fans of his music over the decades. A magical memorable performance!'
